As a member of the County CPPCC, Mr. Zhang, executive deputy general manager and technical director of Seftec, participated in the first meeting of the 10th Haiyan County Committee of the CPPCC. He said at the meeting: Scientific and technological innovation is the only way to high-quality development of manufacturing industry, and enterprises are the main body of innovation. Combining Seftec’s entrepreneurial history and my own practical experience, I would like to say to the majority of entrepreneurs that it is very important to build a good working environment and production environment to retain talents and show both internal and external  image of enterprises.
